Biography

Growing up in Calgary, I spent most of my time playing soccer and staying active, an early foundation that shaped my love of movement. I went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, and then earned my Master’s of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.

I chose physiotherapy because I’m fascinated by anatomy and rehabilitation, and I love helping people use exercise and movement to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in daily life. I believe in a client-centered approach, combining hands-on manual therapy techniques, individualized exercise programs, and education to help you reach your unique goals efficiently and safely.

My goal is simple: to help you get back to everything you love to do.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from sports injuries to neurological rehabilitation following a stroke. I have also completed additional training in assessing and treating Parkinson’s disease. Outside of the clinic, you will likely find me spending time with my dog, out on a hike, catching up with friends, reading, or binging a good TV show!
