Biography

Heidi obtained her massage therapy diploma in 2018 from Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. After successfully challenging her regulatory board exams, she gained entry-to-practice in British Columbia 3 years later in 2021.

Her approach combines various techniques to promote tension relief, encourage circulation, enhance mobility and alleviate pain. By working closely with an individual’s unique needs and through collaboration with her colleagues, she strives to create personalized treatment plans that support one’s recovery goals while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. She believes strongly in empowering individuals by educating them about their bodies and prioritizes building strong relationships based on trust and communication.

Outside of work, she is a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga; her practice helps her maintain a balanced approach to her own body and self, which supports the care she provides to her patients. She also enjoys hiking, camping, beachcombing, and all things which bring her outside in the fresh air and sunshine.
