Biography

I completed both my Master’s of Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Before becoming a physiotherapist, I worked as a Kinesiologist, where I developed a strong foundation in movement science, injury rehabilitation, and functional recovery.

My clinical experience spans a wide spectrum, from working with children aged 0–5, including in hippotherapy settings, to supporting individuals through stroke rehabilitation and managing complex neurological conditions, to helping athletes get back to the activities they love. This diverse background allows me to adapt my approach to people of all ages, needs, and abilities.

As a former soccer coach and player myself, I understand the drive to stay active and the frustration that comes with injury. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, competitive athlete, or returning to activity after time away, I use a combination of pain education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise to help you recover stronger and with confidence.
Overall, my practice is grounded in evidence-informed care, combining education, pain science, and personalized, goal-oriented programming. No matter who I’m working with, I aim to make physiotherapy a positive, empowering, and engaging experience.

When I’m not in the clinic, I love staying active, whether that’s hiking, playing soccer or pickleball, horseback riding, doing yoga, or weightlifting. I also enjoy baking, making pottery, and spending time with my cat, Ellie, who definitely keeps me on my toes!
