Biography

My approach is to meet you where you are on your healing journey and support you in discovering or maintaining what well-being means to you. I offer treatments rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), alongside my background in psychology, health coaching, and nature-based therapies. The deepest inspiration for my work—and my belief in the healing process—comes from nature and the profound connection we each share with it, and I’m passionate about integrating Western medicine with TCM to offer multifaceted perspectives on health, wellness, and “dis-ease”.

For me, acupuncture and TCM have been a steady anchor, guiding me back to balance whenever I find myself over-doing it in life (usually due to my love of surfing). As an active person, I deeply understand the ripple effects of pushing yourself too hard, both mentally and physically. In addition to treating injuries, TCM can help with:

  • Anxiety, depression, stress, irritability, lack of vitality
  • Sleep issues, headaches, concussions
  • Trauma, ADHD, addiction
  • Digestion, hormonal health, fertility, immunity
  • Chronic pain, inflammation, allergies

When you receive treatment from me, you can expect gentle acupuncture, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, cupping, moxibustion, and/or lifestyle advice. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel respected, hopeful, and genuinely cared for. I believe good health is the foundation for everything we do–I’m here to help you navigate your unique challenges and empower you to feel your best, so you can keep doing what you love.
