Patient Experience Coordinator Position

Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centres, located in the Westshore and Sooke, are seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our fun-loving teams.  We have multiple part-time positions available!  You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool! 

Hours may vary between Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays., so flexibility is required in this area. 

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
• Answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
• General clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

Candidates must be quick learners, and have superstar customer service skills.

Salary: $17.00 /hour + Health care spending account
