Want to find out if we’re a good fit?

You’re invited to book a free consultation by phone, online, or in person. You can share what’s been on your mind, what you’ve been going through, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. I’ll also answer your questions and help you get a sense of how I can support you moving forward.

In our work together, here’s what you can expect and what you’ll gain:

  • If you have been experiencing chronic pain or other unwanted symptoms
Using Pain Reprocessing Therapy, an evidence-based mind-body approach, you will learn the brain science behind what keeps you stuck in pain, and how brain retraining, nervous system regulation, and processing difficult emotions can turn down and eventually eliminate persistent pain and symptoms. Your pain is real, and the solution to healing chronic pain is through teaching your brain and nervous system that it’s safe to feel physical sensations, emotions, and to be your authentic self. • If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed by difficult emotions
You’ll learn strategies and practical tools to deal with intense feelings like anxiety, grief, anger, shame, or guilt, allowing you to move through difficult emotions with more steadiness, confidence, and self-trust.
  • If you feel stuck in overthinking or worry loops
You’ll gain ways to step out of persistent thought spirals and relate to your thoughts differently. You can expect to develop clarity, perspective, and the ability to refocus on what truly matters to you.
  • If you struggle with people-pleasing or experience communication challenges
You’ll learn how to set boundaries that feel respectful and aligned with who you are. Together, we’ll strengthen your ability to express your needs clearly, so your relationships feel more balanced, honest, and fulfilling.
  • If you’ve experienced trauma
You can expect a pace that feels safe and manageable. You’ll be supported in processing difficult experiences using mind-body approaches, while always prioritizing your sense of safety, control, and stability.
  • If you’re working toward a sport or performance goal
You’ll build mental skills to navigate pressure, self-doubt, injury, or performance anxiety. Our work will help you strengthen confidence, resilience, and focus so you can perform with greater freedom and trust in yourself.
  • If you’re struggling with eating or your relationship with your body
You’ll be supported in understanding the deeper roots of disordered eating patterns, including perfectionism, control, and self-worth. You can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you’ll begin to build a more respectful, nourishing relationship with food and your body.

What your sessions will feel like

Your sessions are a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure to have it all figured out. You can expect to feel listened to, understood, and met with genuine care. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify meaningful, realistic steps forward.

You’ll be supported in:

  • Making sense of overwhelming thoughts and emotions
  • Learning practical tools you can use in daily life
  • Reconnecting with your strengths, values, and goals
  • Moving toward change at a pace that feels right for you

How I aim to serve you

My intention is to support you in feeling less alone and more empowered in your life. I will meet you with compassion, honesty, humility, and curiosity, and I will walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and growth.

You can expect me to:

  • Create a space where you feel safe, respected, and accepted
  • Collaborate with you – honouring that you are the expert in your own life
  • Support you in shifting from self-criticism toward self-compassion
  • Help you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling clearer, grounded, and capable
