Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centres are seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our front desk teams. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool!

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

• greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
• answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
• general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

Candidates must be quick learners and have superstar customer service skills.

All successful candidates must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Compensation: $19.40 /hour

We are a  group of skilled customer service focused patient experience coordinators (PEC)  and interdisciplinary clinicians.  Our focus is providing amazing client care, from the moment a client  picks up the phone or sits down to send us a message, until they achieve their rehab goals.  As a team we  all participate in and celebrate a client’s success.    We work together to deliver an amazing client experience, and we have fun doing it!
