Biography

Healing has always been at the center of my journey. With a background in Microbiology and Immunology, I have spent more than 15 years working in hospitals, research laboratories, private clinics, and now Canadian Blood Services. Science has given me a deep respect for accuracy, safety, and evidence-based care—principles that guide me in every treatment I provide.

But healing, I have learned, is more than science. It is about people, their stories, their struggles, and their hopes. Over the years, I have been blessed to meet and care for individuals from many cultures, languages, and walks of life. These experiences have taught me to truly listen, to respect our differences, and to honor the unique path of each person. With specialized training in caring for LGBTQ+ communities, I am especially committed to creating a space where every patient feels not only safe, but also seen, respected, and valued for exactly who they are.

My practice is guided by compassion as much as by precision. I strive to bring together the clarity of science with the warmth of human connection, so that each person who enters my care feels comfortable, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

My Goal

I believe healing is not a destination, but a journey—one that each of us must walk in our own way. My role is not to lead or to pull, but to walk beside my patients, offering guidance, support, and care as they move toward balance and wholeness.

My mission is to weave together two worlds: the strengths of modern diagnostic science and the timeless wisdom of acupuncture. Through this, I hope to empower people to take an active role in their own well-being. My treatments aim not only to ease pain and restore balance, but also to nurture resilience, vitality, and harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Above all, my goal is to create a healing space where every individual feels safe, valued, and truly supported along their path.

Beyond the Clinic

Beyond my practice, I carry the same love for balance and connection into my daily life. Nature is where I feel most at home—gardening, walking along the ocean, or simply breathing in fresh air. Creativity also flows through me: painting in oils and acrylics, and more recently, exploring the soft, meditative world of watercolors. Music is also a constant part of my life—the harmony, rhythm, and emotion it carries remind me to slow down, to listen deeply, and to move with balance and flow.

Books are another sanctuary, offering inspiration and reflection, while my greatest joy comes from time spent with my two wonderful children, who fill my days with laughter, energy, and love. These moments keep me grounded, open-hearted, and grateful. They remind me to bring the same patience, curiosity, and creativity into every treatment I give.
