Biography

Troy is excited to call Vancouver Island home once again, returning to his roots after living and working in Vancouver for the past 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology before completing a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and has loved working as a physiotherapist ever since.

Troy gained a wealth of experience working in the bustling downtown Vancouver core, treating a wide range of ages, populations, and conditions — from elite athletes to weekend warriors, to working professionals and the retired community.

With advanced education in IMS/Dry needling, Manual therapy, Vestibular therapy, and exercise prescription and programming, Troy believes in an evidence-based, multimodal approach to practice that ensures his clients the most success in their rehab journey. 

When he’s not at the clinic, Troy enjoys exploring Victoria’s best coffee shops, practicing martial arts, and taking on any exercise that helps him keep up with his two busy little boys!
