Biography

Kristin (she/her) completed her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University before pursuing her Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University in London, Ontario.

Kristin has experience working with people of all ages recovering from sports injuries, ankle sprains, arthritis, low back pain, shoulder injuries, neck pain and much more. Kristin works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their personal goals and return to activities that they enjoy. Her experience volunteering with the Canadian Mental Health Association informed her understanding of the important link between mental and physical well-being. Kristin prioritizes exercise in her treatment approach and uses hands-on techniques as needed. She has a strong belief in evidence-informed care and active recovery.

Kristin is a former competitive track and field athlete and ringette player. Having recently moved to Vancouver Island, Kristin enjoys trying local coffee shops, searching for beach glass, running, biking, and is an avid windsurfer. Kristin also enjoys baking sourdough bread and pizza dough for her friends and family.
