Natalie graduated from Western University in 2016 with a BA (Hons) Kinesiology – Specialization in Fitness & Exercise Prescription. She then moved to New Zealand in 2017 to pursue her chiropractic degree. After graduation, Natalie practiced in Queenstown, New Zealand before returning home to practice in Canada.
Natalie’s approach to practice is functional, practical and evidence-based. She believes collaborative treatment is essential. Exercise and education is the foundation of her treatment, to help give patients the tools they need to feel confident and progress both inside and outside the clinic.
She has an interest in both training and treating athletes and teams of all dimensions. Her special interest lies in Olympic weightlifting, sports injuries, return-to-exercise, and hockey. Natalie also has a special interest in women’s health and performance, with the goal to get every woman moving and exercising confidently.
Out of the clinic, Natalie can be found outdoors, or involved in anything active from hiking to weightlifting. She looks forward to sharing her love of functional wellness and movement with her patients in Victoria!
