Biography

Originally from PEI, I am excited to bring some east coast charm to the west coast! I completed my BSc in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick and my MSc Physiotherapy from the University College Dublin in Ireland. During my time in Ireland, I travelled and explored Europe and met people from all over the world. This experience has led me to discover my passion for travelling. So, upon my return to Canada, moving to BC was the perfect new experience for me. BC allows me to combine my love for the outdoors with my passion for helping people through physiotherapy.

I developed my passion for physiotherapy as I was an athlete myself! Growing up, I played volleyball, hockey, softball, and university level rugby. It’s safe to say I’ve had my fair share of injuries! While learning how to manage my injuries so I could return to sport, continue my education, and pursue my life goals, I discovered that physiotherapy was the path for me.

My goal is to help you accomplish your goals, whether playing with your grandchildren or returning to your sport. To help you achieve your goals, my approach incorporates mat pilates, exercise prescription, educational based treatment and manual therapy.

When I’m not in the clinic, I like to mix things up! I explore this beautiful west coast some weekends, including hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and camping. While other weekends I stay here in Victoria, exploring the amazing culture this city has to offer.
