Biography

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in painful patterns, struggling after an accident, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, counselling can help you find your way forward.

When you work with me, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported — not judged or rushed.

This is what I want for you:

• To feel heard and validated in your experiences
• To gain tools that actually help in daily life, not just insight
• To understand your patterns with clarity and compassion
• To feel more calm and in control of yourself
• To rebuild confidence, resilience, and self-trust

Together we will work at a pace that respects you and your story.

My role is not to “fix” you — it is to walk beside you, help you understand what is happening inside, and support you in creating real, sustainable change.

If you are ready to begin, I would be honoured to support you.

My intention as your counsellor is simple:

I want to serve you by helping you feel less alone in what you are going through.

Life can bring experiences that overwhelm our ability to cope — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief and loss, or the impact of accidents and major life transitions.

When you come to counselling with me, I want you to experience:

• A space where your story is taken seriously
• Support that respects your pace and your process
• Guidance that helps you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions
• Tools that help you regain stability and confidence
• A relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration

My role is to help you reconnect with your own strengths and capacity to heal.
