About Claude

Catherine Cantin (she/her) is originally born and raised in Winnipeg, MB but is now happy to call Vancouver Island home. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia, and has also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria.

Catherine’s passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance has grown in part due to her extensive history competing in sport, including competing at the national level in track & field, and coaching athletes in the weight room, pool and on the field. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love. Catherine uses a holistic, evidence-based treatment approach to help patients reach their goals through education, exercise, and manual therapy.

Catherine also has a special interest in pelvic health and offers pelvic health rehabilitation services for all genders in an empowering and inclusive space. She has training in treating bladder & bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Catherine strives to help each of her clients feel like they can take on the day, having the confidence to manage their condition/injury.

Outside of the clinic, Catherine loves to stay active by training at the gym, kayaking and exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island. She also enjoys spending time with her friends & family, playing board games, and travelling to new places.
