Biography

Calum’s originally from Southern Ontario and completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree at Brock University. He began his clinical journey in Prince George, BC 2 years ago and has made his way down to beautiful Vancouver Island!

Calum is a competitive Track and Field athlete in the 60m, 100m and 200m events and enjoys exploring the various hikes and views the Island has to offer!

Sessions with Calum are all about getting you to where you want to be physically. He greatly values what you want to get out of your training and will take an evidence-based approach to get you there. He believes the human body functions at its best when it is regularly active and helps educate his clients to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence they need to continue to stay active.
