Biography

Calum is a registered clinical counsellor (BCACC #23339). With a background in engineering and over a decade spent helping Rugby Canada athletes excel under pressure, Calum brings a unique perspective to counselling that provides both support and accountability in navigating difficult situations. Calum integrates experiential learning, awareness, and your preexisting strengths to help you move through pain, challenges, and personal development.

Calum’s approach is grounded in understanding human behavior in high-stress environments, using insights gained from teaching decision-making in international and Olympic rugby. Calum is committed to guiding you through uncommon yet transformative conversations that lead to meaningful change. In early sessions, Calum will work with you to address immediate pain points and create the support required for relief. Following this, it’s common for discussions to focus on purpose, identity, and meaning to build you a foundation for longer-term wellbeing.
